The ultrafiltration vattenfilter in producing strained yoghurt is the peak technology and has many advantages over other methods currently used, as follows: vattenfilter Smooth and creamy texture of the final product. Improved taste of the final product. Increased yield up to 5%, due to high retention of the whey proteins. Fat content from 0,1% to 10%, with no effects on quality that come by adding cream after concentration.
We point out that our plants are designed and constructed by engineers and technicians of SYNELCO at the company s branch store in Athens. The plant is skid-mounted on a stainless vattenfilter steel frame, it has been installed and already operates in a great dairy industry in the northern Greece.
