I Fitri Self-cleaning waves for water sleeve PAF are designed and manufactured by adopting the latest technologies waves for water and comply with the ATEX Directive 94/9 / EC. The structure of our filters is in solid carpentry modular panels. The filters can be in galvanized, painted, stainless steel 304, inox316 depending on the requirements of the operation.
The air coming waves for water from the various processing areas, powder waves for water charge, enters the plenum chamber of the filter, which promotes settling of the heavier components transported from the 'air up to that point. The air with light dust filtering process continues through the sleeves and then expelled into the atmosphere. By means of a system of cleaning the sleeves are cyclically cleaned by a jet of air fired inside. Both the coarse material felled in the settling chamber, is blocked by the fine dust filter sleeves decanted into the hopper of the filter and then be collected by a screw and stored in an appropriate waves for water container.
