The self-cleaning rotating filter MN is designed to filter the air, continuously and in harsh conditions, with loads of dust and fiber. The cylinder of the filter, perforated sheet, is self-supporting and the rotation occurs through a transmission belt driven by a geared atll motor. The cleaning system atll employs a series of nozzles, the suction filter media. The suction nozzles, through a chain mechanism driven by a gearmotor, translate horizontally. The combined effect of rotation and translation allows the suction and cleaning of the entire filter media. Filter through a wide range of filter media (polyurethane or felt technical result of years of studies and experiments) has multiple fields of application. Frontally, the clean, easy inspection occurs in the rotation system. The control of the work area, with verification of the aspiration and of the conditions of the filter media can take place with the system in operation. The filter can be equipped with a water gauge differential pressure switch, for visual check of the load losses and with a clean electrical contact to actuate any alarms. The powder and / or fiber drawn from the suction openings, is sent through atll a fan at the bagging system which can be a simple bagger with sleeves or a bag filter equipped with a screw compactor.
In sectors other than textiles, where usually are used cartridge filters, the rotating filter may, with an appropriate filter media, an excellent solution with lower costs and returns unchanged. The self-cleaning rotating atll filter is normally built into 4 types and each type in 4 sizes.
