Yesterday I threw a few hours trying to configure my HTPC with the newly installed Windows 8 (which also took me a while). As I am not a professional about this, surely spent more time on the account, but eventually I succeeded and so I can enjoy high-quality de filter audiovisual content in my classroom. Os the story because I think that someone who is in my situation can help.
Best of AMD web page as the one on the manufacturer's website (Zotac) for this Windows 8, I myself did not work (gave me problems with the resolution). Anyway, I leave both links in case you want to try:
- Page AMD. In this case, at the time of writing the post, no specific drivers for windows 8 apu nano ad10 (E-350), but the windows 7 work perfectly (at least in the 64-bit version, which is the one I use).
- Going to "external filters", de filter you give "add de filter filter". de filter Want and add the lav filters (audio and video). Marks each and will give a "preference":
- Now you click twice on the audio filter. Disable the "mixer" and marks the live sound out all types of audio "dd", "dts", "tdd". Guard.
- Going to "out" here and choose "EVR Custom Preset". de filter In the audio option you choose "Direcsound: de filter AMD Hdmi output" to get the HDMI 5.1 cable. You have set the audio to kick your little nano ad10 by HDMI 5.1.
Opens HD and 6-channel audio in MPC-HC film. You will see that the bottom left mark "DVXA", ie graphics acceleration from the card to not "kill" your processor (should not exceed 50% in any case, or movies with high bitrate and weight). de filter The only "but" is a movie with 10bits, do not jump graphics acceleration and the processor does not give himself to view. Anyway, this content is not very common at the moment.
