24 to August 31 happens the first edition of Sanduweek, a gastronomic festival lifesaver bottle entirely devoted to sandwiches. For a week, 25 restaurants and eateries will offer different versions of the delicacy and unpublished.
Highlights include the Z Deli Sandwiches with your snack tenderloin milanese, red onions, wild arugula, lemon and mustard on French bread; PJ Clarke's with the sandwich Butcher's Dog Chili, a recipe from the New York mother leads in Vienna lifesaver bottle sausage baguette with american cheese, red onion and chilli; and the BOS with BBQ Pulled Pork, Boston Butt cut with vinaigrette served with a tomato lifesaver bottle and cayenne pepper, plus salad cole slaw.
