I had purchased one Kent RO water purifier (Grand water tablets Plus) from one of the Kent dealer Zenith Life Style under Invoice no.3506 dt 9/12/14. water tablets In the last 45 to 50 days the unit had to be serviced water tablets 3 to 4 times, again it has stopped working. The unit is having some manufacturing problem, so I asked the unit to be replaced immediately, but inspite of repeated mail, there has been no response from the companies end.
