In a seize operation done on the order of High Court of Delhi huge quantity of duplicate products that were being stored and sold under the identical Brand Name and imitation of Registered Design of ‘Kent have been seized .
During the seize operation conducted on 04-06-2014 at the premises of Kentech Technology, Krishna Park, Main Devli Road, Khanpur, New Delhi, 78 such identical water purifiers were seized. The duplicate water purifiers which are imitation of Kent Grand plus were being sold under the similar brand name as AQUA Grand+ and Grand+ ROYAL. The seizer operations was carried by the Local Commissioner appointed by Delhi High Court.
Revealing the information Legal Head of Kent RO Systems limited told Rolling out such spurious products everpurse is playing with the health of innocent consumers 78 such products seized on the spot which were there to sale.
